  • 8 slightly beaten eggs
  • 8 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb coked bacon or ham, broken/chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 cup mushrooms, drained (optional)

Directions

    Beat eggs; mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
