  • 2 lbs lean stew meat
  • 4 carrots, cut up
  • 4 potatoes, cut up
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 medium onion, cut up
  • 3 tablespoons minute tapioca
  • 2 cups water
  • salt & pepper

Directions

    Put all ingrediants in Dutch Oven or small Roaster with a tight cover.

    Bake at 250 degrees for 5 to 6 hours.

    OR -- Crock Pot on High for 5 hours.
