  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 c. blueberries
  • 2 deep dish pie shells
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix sugar with cornstarch; stir in water.

    Add 2 cups berries. Cook until thick, stirring often.

    Cool.

    Bake pie shells.

    Put 1 cup berries in each shell.
