  • 4 raw mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded leafy green vegetables (spinach, lettuce or cabbage)
  • 1 tomato, cubed
  • 1/2 cup lean meat, cooked and shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste as an ingredient
