  • 5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 4 sticks (1 pound) unsalted butter, cut into tablespoons
  • 3/4 cup ice water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
