Orange Chocolate Bites

  • 1 cup nuts and seeds, extra to top
  • Orange zested and juiced separately
  • dark chocolate Melted, I used 90%
  • 2 cups coconut reserve 1\2 cup

Directions

    Place soaked dates, coconut, nuts, and squeezed orange juice in food processor. Process until everything is well combined. It should be sticky.

    Pour mix into lined bread pan and put in freezer until it becomes firm.

    Add coconut and orange zest to food processor and process for about 30 seconds and pour into a small bowl.

    Once your slab is firm cut into bite sized 1 inch squares. Dip in dark chocolate then into orange coconut.

    Place on a cookie sheet and place in freezer until chocolate sets. Store in freezer bags or in a lined container.
