  • 1 1/2 pounds sausage Chorizo, Mexican
  • 1 jar salsa Ranchero or Victoria
  • onions 3 med.
  • 2 green peppers
  • 20 jalapeno peppers seed
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • oregano to taste
  • salt to taste
  • cumin to taste

Directions

    Skin sausage, break up and brown in olive oil.

    Saute onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil.

    Combine both sausage and pepper mixture and add rest of ingredients in large pot.

    Simmer 2 hours.
