Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 pkg. Pillsbury Pudding Plus white cake mix
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Directions

    Melt sugar over stove in a large round heavy-duty baking pan or Flan pan.

    Do not burn.

    Coat pan completely, then set aside. Separate 8 eggs.

    Combine egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla.

    Pour into Flan pan with sugar. Combine cake mix, 2 eggs, water and sour cream.

    Pour into egg mixture in Flan pan.

    Do not mix up.

    Place Flan pan in another bigger pan and fill at least an inch high with water.

    Place in preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.

    Remove and flip over onto glass plate.
