Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • several green onions, chopped

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Score flank steak on both sides and marinate 4 hours or overnight (overnight is best!).

    Grill outdoors or under broiler on each side to desired amount.

    Slice in thin diagonal strips for serving.
