- 2 c. old fashioned oats
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- baking powder
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 to 4 c. flour (for rolling out)
Directions

1Combine the first 5 ingredients.

2Add milk and oil; mix well. Roll 1 tablespoon of dough very thin on well floured pastry cloth to dinner plate size.

3Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

4Bake 3 minutes; turn over and bake 2 to 4 minutes more, until crisp golden brown.

5Bake at 375°.

6Cool on cooling rack.

7Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
