- 2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix in order given.

2Roll very thin on a floured surface and cut in squares or diamond shapes.

3Put on cookie sheet and bake at 350° until brown.

4Remove and cool on rack.

5Put butter on and enjoy.

6Makes about 12 dozen small pieces.

7(This dough handles well to roll very thin.)
