  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn bread muffin mix
  • 2 c. graham or wheat flour
  • 2 c. white flour
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix and roll thin on floured board. Brown both sides on pancake griddle and transfer to cookie sheet in 300° oven for a few minutes to harden.

    Break into pieces and use as crackers.
