- 2 c. graham or wheat flour
- 2 c. white flour
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix and roll thin on floured board. Brown both sides on pancake griddle and transfer to cookie sheet in 300° oven for a few minutes to harden.
