  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 34 cup sultana
  • 100 g glace cherries, chopped
  • 125 g glace ginger, chopped
  • 34 cup slivered almonds
  • 12 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 60 g white chocolate, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 C, grease and line 26 x 16 cms slice pan with baking paper.

    Combine all ingredients except chocolate, mix well.

    Press into pan, smooth surface.

    Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cool in pan for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

    Cut into 5 cm pieces, drizzle with melted chocolate, let set.
