Florentine Stuffed Shells

- 1 (15 oz.) low-fat Ricotta cheese
- 12 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 to 15 cooked large shells
- 1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 4 oz. Mozzarella (sprinkle on top)
Directions

1Mix Ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese and eggs and stuff into cooked shells.

2Pour 1/2 jar of sauce into bottom of casserole dish.

3Add stuffed shells and pour rest of sauce over shells.

4Sprinkle Mozzarella on top.

5Bake covered 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

6Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
