  • 10 oz. fresh spinach or 1 can drained well
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
  • 1 c. white rice, cooked
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
