- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
- 1 lb. flounder fillets
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Melt 1/4 cup margarine in skillet; stir in dill weed.

2Layer potatoes, onions and green beans in skillet.

3Top with flounder. Sprinkle with water, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

4Dot with remaining margarine.

5Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
