  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 c. sliced onion
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
  • 1 lb. flounder fillets
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Melt 1/4 cup margarine in skillet; stir in dill weed.

    Layer potatoes, onions and green beans in skillet.

    Top with flounder. Sprinkle with water, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Dot with remaining margarine.

    Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
