  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 18 spears cooked asparagus
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 6 flounder or sole fillets

Directions

    Cook onions in butter until tender but not brown and sprinkle over fillets in equal portions.
