  • 48 each White cupcakes (standard size), cooled
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/4 pack JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
  • 1-1/2 qt. Prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping Mix
  • 4 drops food coloring
  • 48 each JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
  • 48 each JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup colored sugar

    Pierce cupcakes with wooden skewer or large fork at 1/4-inch intervals.

    Add boiling water to gelatin; stir 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Carefully spoon over cupcakes, adding about 2 tsp.

    Refrigerate 3 hours.

    Tint whipped topping with food coloring; spread about 2 Tbsp.

    Cut each large marshmallow crosswise into 5 pieces with clean kitchen shears.
