Ingredients

  • 7 c. bread crumbs
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 1/4 c. hot chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. fat
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery

Directions

    Prepare bread crumbs by toasting in a 325° oven for 20 minutes or until light brown.

    Place fat, onion and celery in a skillet and saute until onion is transparent.

    Pour over toasted bread crumbs.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well, using a fork. Place in a greased pan and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
