Fluffy Okara Pizza

  • 100 grams Fresh okara
  • 50 grams Katakuriko
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Pizza sauce
  • 1 as much (to taste) Cheese, toppings of your choice

    Combine the okara, katakuriko, salt and pepper, and mix well.

    Add the water to the mixture, watching the texture.

    Once the dough has become soft like earlobes (once the dough has come together), roll into a ball.

    Roll the dough out until it's about 1 cm thick.

    Once you've rolled out the pizza crust, spread pizza sauce, add toppings of your choice (I used Japanese leek & boiled chicken tenderloins this time) and cheese on top.

    Bake in the toaster oven for 5 to 6 minutes until brown.
