- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 50 grams Katakuriko
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Pizza sauce
- 1 as much (to taste) Cheese, toppings of your choice

1Combine the okara, katakuriko, salt and pepper, and mix well.

2Add the water to the mixture, watching the texture.

3Once the dough has become soft like earlobes (once the dough has come together), roll into a ball.

4Roll the dough out until it's about 1 cm thick.

5Once you've rolled out the pizza crust, spread pizza sauce, add toppings of your choice (I used Japanese leek & boiled chicken tenderloins this time) and cheese on top.

6Bake in the toaster oven for 5 to 6 minutes until brown.
