- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. unbleached flour
- coarse sea salt
- green olives (optional)
- chopped onions (optional)
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water with olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt and sugar.

2Stir in the flour a little at a time.

3When you can no longer stir, turn the dough onto a floured board and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.

4Place dough in an oiled bowl and let rise until it has doubled in size, about 30 to 40 minutes.
