- 3 to 4 lb. beef pot roast
- salt and pepper
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
Directions

1Place roast on large square of double-thick, heavy-duty foil. Lightly oil inner cooking square.

2Season with salt and pepper and cover with soup.

3Seal package and place on medium hot coals for about 3 hours.

4Turn every 30 minutes.

5After 2 hours of cooking, open package and check for doneness.

6Rewrap and continue cooking until meat is tender.

7Serves 6 to 8.
