  • 1 lb. finely diced cooked ham
  • 1 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper
  • 12 hamburger buns, buttered
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine ham, green pepper, onion, celery, mayonnaise, horseradish and pepper.

    Spoon about 1/2 cup ham mixture on each bun and top with grated cheese.

    Wrap each sandwich in foil. Chill.

    To serve, heat in oven about 20 to 25 minutes.

    Serve hot. Makes 12 sandwiches.
