- 80 pitted dried dates
- 80 walnuts
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup vegetable butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 6 spoons cognac
- 35 ml vanilla
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 kg baking flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pack coconut flakes
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup honey
Directions

1If dates not pitted, remove the kernel.

2Add a walnut in each date

3Add vegetable oil and vegetable butter in a big bowl and beat together until they become uniform.

4Put sugar, and continue beating until they become creamy.

5Put orange juice, cognac, vanilla, and baking powder.

6And continue beating.

7Put flour, bit by bit, and beat.

8Stop putting flour when the mixture does not stick on hands, and you can form small balls with it.

9It's okay if you don't use all of the flour.

10Form small balls, and in each ball put a walnut-date.

11Don't put much mixture, as you will do a total of 80 foinikota.

12Bake at 160-180, using a baking paper until they brown lightly.

17Put the honey, water, and sugar in a pot, and boil until they become uniform.
