  • 18 oz marshmallows
  • 2 lb powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp any flavoring (optional)

    melt marshmallows in microwave safe container until melted then add water.

    pour powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl and make a well.

    Add marshmallows and flavoring if using.

    knead until fondant reaches a smooth texture.

    if not using right away store fondant in a zip lock bag and store in the fridge.
