- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups Crisco shortening
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

1With a fork mix together first four ingredients.

2In a separate dish beat together the vinegar, egg and water.

3Combine the two with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.

4With your hands mold dough into a ball.

5Chill for 15 minutes before rolling into shape.

6Makes 3-4 pie crusts.

7Store in refrigerator or freeze.
