- 4 cups of your favorite red spaghetti sauce
- 12 cup carrot, sliced thin
- 12 cup frozen peas
- 12 cup frozen wax bean, cut in small pieces
Directions

1Prepare vegetables & steam until soft.

2Add more water as needed so water continues to boil.

3Heat up spaghetti sauce.

4Add one cup of sauce to blender along with two cups steamed vegetables.

5Close top & place kitchen towel over top.

6Puree.
-
7Be careful -- this is hot stuff!

8Empty into clean pot.
-
9Repeat until all the vegetables are pureed.

10Add some water (from the steamer) if sauce is too thick for your taste.

11Serve over spaghetti.

12You may change the vegetables to meet your needs.
