- 2 cups mushrooms, cut into halves
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 2 12 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 1 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1 pinch red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt
Directions

1Dissolve cornflour in 2 tbsps.

2water and soya sauce.

4Heat oil in a non-stick pan.

5Add green chilli and garlic.

6Saute for 2 minutes.

7Toss in mushrooms and salt.

8Saute for 4 minutes.

9Stir in the cornflour mixture.

10Saute for 3 minutes till the sauce coats the mushrooms.

11Add spring onion greens.

12Mix thoroughly to combine.

13Sprinkle chilli powder.

14Serve hot.
