- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- chicken pieces to serve 6
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place rice in the bottom. Combine soup and water.

2Pour half of the soup mixture over rice and let stand a few minutes.

3Place chicken over rice.

4Add salt, pepper and remaining soup mixture.

5Top with dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
