  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • chicken pieces to serve 6
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place rice in the bottom. Combine soup and water.

    Pour half of the soup mixture over rice and let stand a few minutes.

    Place chicken over rice.

    Add salt, pepper and remaining soup mixture.

    Top with dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
