- 1 chicken, cut up and skin off (you can use all same kind of pieces)
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream soup (mushroom or chicken)
- 2 cans hot water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- mushrooms and celery (if desired)
Directions

1Grease a pan good.

2Place rice on bottom.

3Place cut up chicken on top of rice.

4Blend all other ingredients together. Pour liquid (soup and hot water) over chicken; sprinkle with parsley.

5Bake at 350° for 2 hours (1 hour covered and 1 hour uncovered).

6Use in a roaster.
