Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut up and skin off (you can use all same kind of pieces)
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream soup (mushroom or chicken)
  • 2 cans hot water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • mushrooms and celery (if desired)

Directions

    Grease a pan good.

    Place rice on bottom.

    Place cut up chicken on top of rice.

    Blend all other ingredients together. Pour liquid (soup and hot water) over chicken; sprinkle with parsley.

    Bake at 350° for 2 hours (1 hour covered and 1 hour uncovered).

    Use in a roaster.
