- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 large fryer, cut up
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Grease bottom of baking pan.

2Pour rice in.

3Combine chicken soup and water and pour over rice.

4Let stand a few minutes.

5Salt and pepper chicken pieces and place on top of rice.

6Pour remaining chicken soup over chicken.

7Top with dry onion soup. Cover with lid or foil.

8Place in oven at 350° and forget for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
