  • 1 can French green beans
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can corn (white kernel Shoepeg)
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Drain green beans, pimentos, peas and corn.

    Dice pepper, onion and celery.

    Mix and cook the remaining ingredients.

    Pour the ingredients over the drained and diced vegetables.

    Best if left to set overnight in the refrigerator.
