- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. regular rice
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 fryer, cut up or favorite chicken parts
Directions

1Mix celery soup with rice and milk; pour into 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Place lightly salted and peppered chicken pieces on the rice mixture.

3Sprinkle evenly with dry onion soup mix.

4Cover and bake at 325° for 2 hours or until thoroughly cooked.
