  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. regular rice
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 fryer, cut up or favorite chicken parts

Directions

    Mix celery soup with rice and milk; pour into 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Place lightly salted and peppered chicken pieces on the rice mixture.

    Sprinkle evenly with dry onion soup mix.

    Cover and bake at 325° for 2 hours or until thoroughly cooked.
