- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 cut up chicken or chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
Directions

1Mix together soup, milk and rice in large baking dish with half of the onion soup.

2Place chicken on top of mixture.

3Add remaining onion soup.

4Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
