Forgotten Chicken

  • 1 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • chicken (as much as you want)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions

    Mix rice with soup.

    Swish some water around in the cans. Spread this mixture in bottom of casserole or large baking dish. Cover with pieces of chicken; sprinkle contents of package of onion soup over the chicken and rice (I used a roaster).

    Cover tightly with foil.

    Bake in a 350° oven for about 2 hours.

    Just forget about it in the oven.

    You'll know when it is done; it smells delicious.
