  • 4 1/4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups flour sifted
  • 1 cheese small Munster
  • 4 eggs

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Combine water, butter, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

    Add the sifted flour and stir with wooden spoon until smooth.

    Add Munster cheese mashed with a fork.

    Off the heat, beat the eggs into the dough, one at a time.

    With a teaspoon, place small mounds of dough on a baking sheet.

    Bake for 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
