- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Add salt, cream of tartar and vanilla to egg whites; beat until soft peaks form.

3Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff.

4Fold chocolate chips into egg whites.

5Cover cookie sheet with brown paper or aluminum foil; drop batter in small teaspoons.

6Bake for 25 minutes at 300° or do overnight. Put trays in oven, turn oven off and remove in the morning.

7If doing overnight, they must remain in the oven at least 4 hours.
