  • 1 can lima beans (15 oz.)
  • 1 can kidney beans (15 oz.)
  • 1 can pork and beans (28 oz.)
  • 1 can butter beans
  • 3/4 lb. bacon, diced and fried
  • 4 large onions, chopped and sauteed
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Cook onion and bacon together.

    Add vinegar, brown sugar and mustard.

    Simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add all beans; mix and pour into a large casserole.

    Bake for 2 hours at 325°.

    Serves 10 to 12.
