  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 medium Cool Whip
  • 1 Hershey bar, grated

    Spread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
