Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. instant pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, butter and pecans together like pie crust. Pat into 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cream cream cheese with powdered sugar until fluffy, then fold in 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.

    Refrigerate 15 minutes.

    Mix instant pudding with milk as directed on package. Pour over cream cheese mixture, then spread a layer of Cool Whip over top before serving.

    Cut in squares and top with roasted pecans, if desired.
