- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp. curry
- 1/4 c. cream or milk
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and water chestnuts in oil until onion is soft.

2Add tuna and parsley; stir-fry for 1 minute.

3Combine soup, curry, and cream.

4Stir in tuna mixture and noodles.

5Reserve 1/2 cup noodles for the top.

6Pour into a shallow 1-quart casserole dish.

7Top with reserved noodles.

8Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes, until crisp and lightly browned.
