- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

1Melt chocolate chips in double boiler and allow to cool.

2In a bowl, heat margarine or butter and powdered sugar.

3Add eggs and beat well.

4Add vanilla and cooled chocolate chips.

5Add flavoring.

6Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
