Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 bunches scallions, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Shoepeg corn
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 small can French-cut green beans

Directions

    Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

    Drain canned veggies and combine all veggies with liquid. Place in fridge and serve cold.
