Ingredients

  • 8 None pork sausages, pricked with a fork
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 None onion, chopped
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can baked beans
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, to serve
  • None None toast, to serve

Directions

    Heat a large nonstick frying pan over high heat. Cook sausages, turning, for 10-12 mins, until well browned and cooked through. Let cool slightly then slice.

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Saute onion for 1-2 mins, until tender. Add baked beans and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 mins. Add maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce and chili sauce. Reduce heat to low and add sausages. Simmer for 5 mins. Season to taste.

    Garnish with parsley and serve with toast on the side.
