- 2 c. flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Mix flour, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt together. Cut in Crisco.

2Beat sugar, milk and egg and add to flour mixture. Knead briefly, roll out and cut biscuits.

3Freeze.

4Bake frozen. Do not thaw.

5Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

6Can bake 2 or 3 or all.
