Freezer Raspberry Jam From Tomatoes

  • 4 c. green tomatoes, skinned, pureed and measured
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O

Directions

    Place tomatoes in saucepan.

    Add sugar and lemon juice; bring to boil for 20 minutes.

    Turn off pan.

    Stir in Jell-O; mix well. Let stand 5 minutes.

    Put into small containers and put in freezer.
