Freezer Raspberry Jam From Tomatoes

- 4 c. green tomatoes, skinned, pureed and measured
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
Directions

1Place tomatoes in saucepan.

2Add sugar and lemon juice; bring to boil for 20 minutes.

3Turn off pan.

4Stir in Jell-O; mix well. Let stand 5 minutes.

5Put into small containers and put in freezer.
