  • 3 medium apples, chopped, sliced or grated
  • 1 3/4 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. French bread cubes
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

    Mix together and let set until bread absorbs the liquid.

    Bake 1 hour in 9-inch square pan at 350°.
