  • 1 lb. cooking apples, peeled and sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. seedless golden raisins
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell and top

    Lay out shell.

    Arrange apples in shell.

    Sprinkle lemon juice. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon.

    Spread sugar.

    Mix brown sugar and flour and spread over all.
