- 1 1/4 c. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease pie plate (9-inch).

3Mix apples and spices.

4Turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender for 1 minute with hand beater.

5Pour into plate and sprinkle with Streusel Topping.

6Bake until knife in center is clean, 55 to 60 minutes.
