  • 1 1/4 c. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

    Grease pie plate (9-inch).

    Mix apples and spices.

    Turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender for 1 minute with hand beater.
