- 2 1/4 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 6 1/2 c. flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Add butter to hot water and set aside until it melts.

2Put 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt in large mixing bowl; stir this well.

3Add water and butter; mix well with mixer.

4Stir in enough of the remaining flour to make a stiff dough.

5Knead for 5 minutes.
